Not All Thinkers Think Alike

Just as not all thinkers think alike, not all customers consider purchases alike.  This is why it’s imperative for a business to understand their customers and their backgrounds.   Being able to understand and meet a customer’s needs depends on knowing that not all customers are alike.

This brief video explains why customers who are musicians aren’t like customers who listen to music.  It has everything to do with how they process information, and why they process information the way they do.
